This commitment to training and conditioning has led her to numerous Ms. Fitness championships and the coveted "Image of Fitness" award. Gold's dedication to health and fitness is matched only by her thirst for competition. She believes fitness is spiritual as well as physical and knows that the secret to winning lies in her belief in herself. With her gymnastic and cheerleading background, Gold is able to pull off stunning precision maneuvers during her matches and prides herself on always playing by the rules.

An immediate stand out in WOW, Gold captured the WOW World Championship when she outlasted 19 other competitors in an over-the-top-rope Battle Royale. Terri Gold then successfully defended the championship belt against all challengers including Jungle Grrl, the Disciplinarian, Mystery, Poison and Ice Cold. The champ defeated every contender decisively via pin fall using either a flying body press or her "Perfect 10" back flip off the ropes.
